While some people are just naturally playful, it is a skill everyone can cultivate. “Engage in activities that spark joy, be open to new experiences, and hang out with people who make you laugh.” It’s about bringing a spirit of fun, openness, and flexibility to everyday moments.” Is the whole family home on laundry day?
